Dr. Deepak Kakadia, Founder and CEO, is a globally recognized leader in networking and machine learning. With a career spanning roles at Google, Verizon Labs, and Sun Microsystems, Deepak has consistently driven innovation in network architecture and optimization. He holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, alongside advanced degrees in computer science and engineering. Deepak’s groundbreaking contributions include 85 patents, two technical books, and numerous peer-reviewed publications. His expertise in LTE QoS analytics, network management systems, and corporate innovation has left a lasting impact on the tech industry. Under his leadership, NetAI leverages Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to deliver transformative solutions that optimize network performance and reduce downtime.

Mike Hoffman, Co-Founder, brings over 30 years of expertise in network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and sales leadership. A decorated U.S. Navy veteran, Mike was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for maintaining critical systems at peak operational readiness during the Gulf War. After his military service, he transitioned into the tech industry, where he played a pivotal role in forming Fluke Corporation’s Networks Division, transforming it into the highly successful Fluke Networks. Mike was instrumental in the success of companies like Gigamon, guiding it from bootstrap to IPO, and Big Switch Networks (acquired by Arista). He has also driven sales and market expansion for numerous startups as a fractional sales leader, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to deliver impactful results. With an MBA from St. Mary’s College and expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, Mike blends strategic vision with operational precision.
